Honestly, it's worth checking both. Sometimes one has a kit the other doesn't, or one has it in better condition or a better price. I'd say VFS is solid though, no complaints on quality from them.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month. Just contact them through their site and they'll give you instructions. Had to pay for shipping it back though, I think.

I haven't personally returned anything but I remember seeing their policy, sounded pretty standard. Just make sure it's in the same condition you got it and within the timeframe.
